Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Offerist ("we", "us") collects, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@theofferist.com.

What we collect

• Your CV. You upload it to generate your score and playbook. We process the text it contains.
• Intake answers. Your target role, location and a short assessment.
• Email address. Collected by our payment provider when you purchase, used to send your playbook.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data. Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To generate your Offerist Score, blind spot and Personalised Hiring Strategy.
• To deliver your playbook by email and let you reopen it via a private link.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers ("sub-processors") to run Offerist:

• Anthropic — AI processing of your CV text to produce your analysis.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — delivering your playbook email.
• Upstash — temporary storage of your result so your link works.
• Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.

We do not sell your personal data or use your CV to train any model.

How long we keep it

Your session and result are stored temporarily (around 30 days) so your playbook link keeps working, then automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@theofferist.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

Children

Offerist is intended for adults in the job market and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
