You keep ownership of your CV and information. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your playbook is licensed to you for your personal job search.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offerist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi), and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
